Conditions of Use

  1. Direct Mouldings trading as Direct Dildos for the purpose of the website have teamed up with Scott Hunter to bring you the Hunter Store.
    1. Hunter Store is a mapped domain to Direct Dildos which resulted from our partnership.
    2. All payments will be made with the trade name of Direct Mouldings.
      1. Your details are all maintained by the same system, no information is sold, passed on or transmitted to any outside company or organisation.
  2. We cannot be held responsible for delays or damage during transit
  3. Damage to any product once the seal has been broken cannot be reported as a manufacturing fault
    1. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot guarantee performance under any circumstances. Each customer is very unique and uses adult toys in many different ways, consequently, whilst we use the highest quality manufacturer and their process to produce our products, it is impossible to make them indestructible
      1. If the product breaks or is damaged prior to use but after being removed from the packaging, you must inform us within 7 days. We will request photographic evidence and a full report of what you believe the fault to be. You must then return the item to us in its original packaging for investigation. We take faults very seriously on the rare occasion they occur and will respond accordingly and if necessary improve the manufacturing process or request that our manufacturer make improvements to their products.
        1. Any investigation may take up to 30 days to complete, we will keep you informed of any progress using the shops communication system so please ensure you allow all communications from us through your firewall or spam filter.
        2. Any returned items must be returned at your cost. We are not liable for refunding you the cost of returning a product to us.
    2. Items should not be washed with detergents of any kind other than mild hand-soap or shower gel and rinsed immediately, damage from detergents, oils or any other chemicals do not constitute faulty goods
  4. Refunds and exchanges cannot be permitted under any circumstances once the seal is broken due to the sensitive hygiene nature of our products (In accordance with Distance Selling Regulation 13, sub section c)
    1. If a product is ordered which is then deemed inappropriate, a refund or exchange may accepted under exceptional circumstances
    2. If you choose to return a product to us, you are liable for the postage for both the return of the item and the postage of the replacement unless the product has been investigated and proven to be a manufacturing fault, a replacement will be sent to you free of charge.
    3. If a refund is required due to an error on the buyer's behalf due to incorrect ordering etc, postage costs will be deducted from the sum refunded.
    4. Products must be returned to us within 7 days of your order being received. Refund or exchanges will be processed only upon successful return of the item(s) in re-salable condition.
    5. If an item is returned and deemed non-resalable, the customer will be informed and no refund will be possible so please ensure you keep the packaging you receive the product in.
  5. We take your privacy very seriously and will never send your details knowingly to any other company or organisation.
    1. Whilst we maintain the most secure shop as possible and ensure that our software is update and security patches are applied at the earliest possible convenience, we cannot guarantee 100% security.
    2. All account information and shopping cart transactions are made through an encrypted, secure connection. Ensure the padlock symbol shows on your browser before sending payment details.
      1. We use an external payment supplier to handle our transactions, we cannot be held responsible for any information or security issues which are not hosted on our servers.
    3. We do not store your payment information, only the last couple of card digits are kept for identification purposes only.  We do not store security information.
  6. Postage cannot be guaranteed, we do not have our own couriers and so rely solely on a network of postage providers and therefore postal times and costs are out of our control.
    1. Items which fail to arrive must be reported missing within 10 days of dispatch. We will then file a lost in post dispute and the time frame for this is dependent on the carrier however will keep you informed with any progress.
      1. Once a refund of postage for missing items has been sent to us and processed, we will arrange for a replacement product to be sent to you.
    2. We are not liable for damage during transit. If damage occurs, you must inform us within 24 hours of receiving your goods and a claim will be filed. You may be asked to return the good to us in the condition which they arrived.
      1. If you open the goods, you must ensure you have photographic evidence of how the item arrived in order for us to file a dispute.
        1. We are not liable for the duration of the dispute and cannot guarantee a positive outcome.
  7. We reserve the right to change the products on the website at any time and without warning.
    1. We may close down the website at any time and without warning and for any reason beyond our control. Where possible, we will inform you.
  8. Manufacturing processes may change without warning.
  9. We do not guarantee the performance of the site. Whilst we do our best to ensure the site works well, we cannot test and support every browser or maintain accessibility for all aspects of the site.
